Intellectual Property

All content available on the Questovery application, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, sounds, interfaces, databases and their formatting, is the exclusive property of LEZO (EURL) or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation or use of this content is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

Personal Data

Personal data may be collected and processed in connection with the use of Questovery. For more information about data collection, processing and protection, please refer to the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and trackers is described in the Cookie and Tracker Policy.

Content Reporting and Point of Contact

Any illegal content may be reported to LEZO using the reporting form available at www.questovery.com/en/report or at [email protected], under the conditions set out in the User Terms of Use. This address is LEZO's single point of contact under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act), for authorities and users alike; communications may be written in French or English.

Liability

LEZO implements reasonable means to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, LEZO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of all information accessible in the application, in particular where such information is provided or configured by customers, organizers or users.

The user remains responsible for their use of the application and its content.

Consumer mediation

For consumer disputes concerning services provided by LEZO, within the scope of its mediation agreement, the designated mediator is CM2C (Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice), available at www.cm2c.net or by post to CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.

The prior complaint procedure and free referral arrangements are described in the User Terms. For Registrations sold by another Operator, the competent mediator is that Operator's mediator, identified before the order and in its confirmation.

This legal notice is governed by French law.
